The Northern New England Real Estate Network reported that in the month of April, 2009, 21 Condominiums sold. The condos that sold in May sold for prices ranging from $83,000 to $320,000. The average price was $178,000 and the average days on the market were reported as 112, they sold for an average of 95% list to sales price ratio.

According to a report generated by Trendgraphix, during the month of January, the absorption rate, i.e., months of inventory that Nashua had on the market in relation to closed sales was 9.6 months. Trendgraphix data also revealed that during the month of April, there were201 condominium homes listed for sale.

The average price was $224,000 and the average days on the market were reported as 83, they sold for an average of 90% list to sales price ratio.

Trendgraphix data also revealed that during the month of January, there were 183 condominium homes listed for sale.

The average price was $192,000 and the average days on the market were reported as 65, they sold for an average of 96% list to sales price ratio.

Trendgraphix data also revealed that during the month of October, there were 253 single family homes listed for sale.

Nashua, NH, was the home to two luxury home sales in October 2008.

According to a report generated by Trendgraphix, during the month of October, the absorption rate, i.e., months of inventory that Nashua had on the market in relation to closed sales was 4.9 months.  Trendgraphix data also revealed that during the month of October, there were 217 condominium homes listed for sale.

The Northern New England Real Estate Network reported that in the month of October, 2008, 37 Single Family homes sold.  The homes that sold in October sold for prices ranging from $159,900 to $610,000.  The average price was $298,379 and the average days on the market were reported as 109, they sold for an average of 92% list to sales price ratio.
